3. Eligibility

4. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims
Execution Elites provides education, coaching, and strategic guidance only.
We do not guarantee:
Specific income levels
Business growth
Lead generation results
Recruiting results
Team size
Profitability
Financial outcomes
Any examples of income, production, team growth, or business performance discussed in our materials are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees or promises of future earnings.
Your results depend on many factors including your market, experience, effort, implementation, discipline, leadership ability, and external market conditions.
5. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
You are solely responsible for your business decisions
You are responsible for implementing strategies provided
You are responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws applicable to your business
Coaching is not legal, financial, tax, or brokerage compliance advice
You should consult licensed legal, accounting, tax, and brokerage professionals when appropriate.
6. Payment Terms
All fees are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Payments are non-refundable
Failure to complete the program does not relieve payment obligations
Missed coaching sessions may not be rescheduled
We reserve the right to suspend services for failed or late payments
Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in immediate termination of access to services and legal collection efforts.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Execution Elites, including:
Coaching frameworks
Videos
PDFs
Systems
Templates
Scripts
Branding
Training materials
Graphics
Website content
is owned by Execution Elites and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Reproduce
Distribute
Sell
Share
Republish
Modify
Teach
License
our materials without prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information shared during coaching or consulting relationships.
Execution Elites may use generalized, anonymized success stories or testimonials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Execution Elites related to:
Appointment reminders
Meeting reminders
Scheduling updates
Program communications
Coaching-related notifications

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

14. Termination

No refunds will be provided upon termination for cause.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Bay County, Florida.
